Terms & Conditions

1. General Ordering

  • By placing an order with Abbi’s Stylez, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Prices listed across our store are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders are processed and put into production only after payment has been verified.

2. Measurements & Fits

  • Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate body measurements.
  • Abbi’s Stylez will not be liable for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by customers.

3. Bespoke Custom Outfits

  • All bespoke/custom-made outfits are drafted and tailored specifically for each client.
  • Minor variations in fabric patterns, embellishments, and finishing may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

4. Alterations & Adjustments

  • One complimentary fitting adjustment may be offered if the mismatch is due to our workmanship.
  • Additional alterations or modifications requested after production completion may attract extra tailoring charges.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Ready-to-wear orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
  • Bespoke/custom orders cannot be cancelled once production/fabric-cutting has begun.

6. Refund Policy

  • Due to the tailored nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on custom-made outfits.
  • No refunds are provided for items delivered in good condition.
  • Refunds for ready-to-wear items will only be considered if the wrong item was delivered.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only for ready-to-wear items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
  • Approved refunds may attract a 20% processing and handling fee.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and is used solely for processing your order, executing deliveries, facilitating customer support, or sending updates (only if opted in).

We never sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to complete your order transaction.
